Was going to complain but I see a lot of fellow SAFFAs are tired of them. Customer service is non existent, and they're not cheap either. Pudo delivers way better and cheaper. R60 from KZN to JHB. Useless service 10/10 wouldnt recommend on the basis that you employ someone to handle emails and they can't even do that. P*e$ customer service
