If there was zero rating, they would be getting it. Their service is appalling and they just don’t care about anything. I changed my delivery address to and address less than 10km’s away from the initial one and a ********** mess started. When you track your parcel they tell you the delivery couldn’t be done and package returned to the bay. When you call them you wait for over 15 mins when you finally get through to someone they don’t want to assist saying they can’t give information for another branch yet it’s the same company, they use the same order numbers. The worst of all is the live chat on the app that is absolutely useless, it’s “live” but you wait over 20mins to have an agent speak to you, when they finally reply they just change the delivery day to the following day. I would like to get my order delivered and have no energy for this back and forth of agent to agent PLEASE!!!.
