Pathetic service! This branch's depot does not even answer their phones! I was due to receive my parcel yesterday but did not get it. They have a site that keeps clients updated but just as their driver information, the delivery information is not accurate. I was referred to 4 different drivers before I could allocate my parcel. The information states the times for delivery in the area but the drivers do not stick to this. My parcel was supposed to be delivered the morning however, the driver supp**** me with a time that is not even on the schedule... I am still waiting for my parcel....
