****way, not Fastway

<p>A parcel was sent of to me on Monday through these ******** from Durban. About 400km. The tracking of my paqrcel just froze on Wednesday after it was sent to East London almost 800 kms from Durban, and 350 kms SOUTH past me, on the n2 which does not pass very from me and the through the two centres of Umtata and Kokstad which can easily service my hometown of Maclear. When I called the cell nr given for East Londen a lady answered and said that my parcel has been picked up from EL by their agent in Queenstown. 200 km WEST of East Londen. They have to ship it NORTH 250 kms to Maclear. You must be kidding me? The lady promised me the parcel will be here on Friday.</p> <p>Today (Friday) I called the same cell nr and it sounded very much like the lady I spoke to on Wednsesday although she denies it.</p> <p>She informed me that the agent in Queenstown will only deliver my parcel NEXT WEDNESDAY . 10 DAYS LATER!!!!!!!</p> <p>So my parcel gets sent around between frinachisers and franchisees and agents and subagents, and i, the client, must wait 10 days at one hell of a fee on which all of the above cash in. My parcel will now travel 1250 kms over 10 days, where the Post Office easily covers the 400km in 2 deays at a fraction of the cost.</p> <p>Fastway and all their franchises and agents and subagents are in my opinion just a Ponzi ****, and I dont listen to excuses about servicing centres and agents that work only cdertain days of the week etc.</p> <p>As I said the Post Office easily gets this right in two days at a fraction of the price and bussinesses in Maclear get courier deliveries from Queenstown every day of the wee****</p> <p>Fastway is a **** and a DISGRACE.</p> <p>My tracking nr is na ********** 661</p>
