Satchel sent to wrong adress after correct address was written on it. Fastway reluctant to contact me and passing the buck

This parcel i sent was supposed to go to potchefstroom. And the correct address was written on it. I tracked it ..its under my clients name but fastway sent to d wrong address ....it went to klerksdorp n some dishonest person in klerksdorp accepted d parcel n signed for it .i give fastway 1.5 k business every month.im a regular client. I have a pic of the waybill number . But they refuse to help me as they sed i mus gve dem proof dat it was written potchefstroom on d satchel. Its ridiculous. I would have kept full pic of address as well its jus dat i never knew they were this incompetant.. their office in dbn doesnt return calls. They have attitude n believe we must run behind them when its their mistake. They tryn to use an excuse not to compensate for their mistake. N once before they sent me a package that wasnt even mone n insisted dat it was mine after d satchel clearly stated it was someone elses. Wil take my business elsewer preferable courier guys. And heres more. My clients initials r K.O and under the tracking site it has my clients name K.O.yet the signature for proof of delivery says B.S. ....clearly everything was correct from our side. Fastway is the one dat made d mistake and its costing me time .money and my businesses reputy. N dey expect me to reimburse my client for the item. When they *****ed up m refuse to help or admit it
