Same poor service as always

Literally every time I have a package delivered by them it's the same old problem: courier doesn't phone me and drives around with the package for at least a week without attempting to deliver it. I wish I could upload photos of how the package with fragile stickers on looked by the time it got delivered. It looked like people played rugby with it.
