Same day delivery does not exist,

I request following day delivery, package was picked up from supplier. The following day package was not delivered to me. Spent the whole day waiting did not get a call or message. I had to call them after seeing a message on their tracking platform that they could not deliver. I was told if I wanted my package I would have to drive to their depo which is half an hour away or wait for them to deliver the following week.
