Rude staff and useless service. AVOID!

AVOID!!!! Useless and very rude staff! my parcel was sent out before 7am for delivery, I called the driver to get an update and he had zero knowledge of my parcel and informed me he had done all the deliveries in the area when I told him my street name 3 times, he still could not find anything. He had the audacity to tell me I'm being difficult when he is telling me how to pronounce MY street name. Then when I called in to complain, all of a sudden he had the address and all the info. Shady dealings..
