Rude Receptionists Kgaugelo & Joyce

I called in to follow up on my order as I only received 1 box which I knew was not my complete order. Called in shortly to fastway to follow up and both ladies that answered he phones were rude and failed to assist, First Kgaugelo, had an attitude and told me she cannot help me and when I asked now what do I do regarding my avon and she said she will transfer me to get assisted with Avon, Kgaugelo transferred me to Joyce who has a real ****py way of answering the phone and told her I need to speak to any manger right away and she transferred me to whoever as it went to voicemail and the call cut. Called again and no answer. This is now causing a delay with me having to deliver my orders and will affect my pockets.
