Rude people and pathetic

This is the worst courier service I have ever come across, they rude, pathetic and needs to close their doors. I received an email that my parcel is out on delivery, so at 4h30 the afternoon still haven't received it I phoned just to be told by the driver that I must wait and if they don't deliver today I must wait until day comes that they will deliver. The supervisor at Newcastle depot is just as rude, just stating they are very busy and have only one driver. Driver is Sandele Mthembu. He is so rude, I will never refer them and I will send an email to Temu regards to this, they must remove them as courier people. Buffalo couriers are better to use.
