Rude on the phone

I received my parcel today which was delivered by a guy who was very rude on the phone. It's a pity I couldn't go get the parcel from the gate myself as I'm currently injured so I had to send my sister, he spoiled my day that guy. When he called my phone recognised his number as Rodney, not even sure if that's his real name.
