RUDE DRIVER AND CALL CENTRE AGENT

Rude drivers and call center agents. They both have the worst customer service. The call center agent busy talking to her friend about umjolo while Im on the phone. Driver calls once (without Fast Way letting you that they will be delivering) and leaves. After waiting for three weeks for my item he doesnt even have the decency to send an sms or whatsapp to let me know that they are leaving. The lady (forgotten her name, I just remember that she's Xhosa), takes the cup. I think these guys gets incentivized by their level of rudeness.
