Rude driver

Tshepiso the driver called me at 16:41pm to say he's the gate of the complex, I told him I'm 10mins away and I'm on the way. He then says he's gonna go do other deliveries (of which I didn't see a problem), I should call him when I'm back. Indeed I got home 12mins after and proceed to call him to notify him. Biggest mistake ever, when I tried to arrange that I would be waiting outside the complex, shucks Tshepiso but my head of telling me he's gonna call me rather when he's done. It's 1hr 10 mins after and no sign. I'm even scared to call and ask because already my head was bitten of. I wish he could have given me the opportunity to finish the conversion before shashing me off. It's unfair a person will just lose their patience as if he had informed me at the he arrived at the complex and I didn't show up. It's just so unprofessional.
