Rude Customer service

I am just trying to to find out when my parcel will be delivered because it is taking a bit long in my opinion.... After being told to phone one person after another. The one lady that i finally spoke to that had a sense of an answer was really rude to me and even just dropped the call while I was still talking to her!!! I don't know her name but her number is: ***, For the price we are paying at Fast Couriers I really expected faster and friendlier services!!!
