Rude courier guy

This is the most useless courier services, they were suppose to make delivery today.. The courier guy called me and said tomorrow he'll be at police station by 10 I don't mind going there but I said at least by 12 I can make a plan as I will be at work.. He refused we buy things online hoping that they will deliver but no they have terms and conditions.. I will not buy anything online. Those couriers must just shut down
