Rude Courier guy

I received an email that my parcel is with the courier company to be delivered to me. on Monday, 10/01/2022 after i received missed call from the cell number ( it was the courier guy, which i did not know at the time.. At around 18H00 i returned the call. The courier guy told me he does not know where i leave that's why he could not deliver my parcel as i believe he wanted to ask me for directions. He said since it was difficult to get hold of me i must provide him with an alternative number, which i did by sending him a whatspp and told him its my sister and indicated her name. On Tuesday, 11/01/2022. He called my sister and could not get hold of her. My sister returned his call just before 14h00, and his response was "Ahh i wanted you earlier i have knocked off now". on that day he sent me a whatsapp which read "Your person is not answering" i found that very rude since in my message i had indicated that its my sister and provided her name as well. I asked him who is my person then he responded with my sister's name, then i said "ok, were you at the gate and she did not respond?. and he never responded to me even though he was online. i might be wrong but i am of the view that my address has been provided and feel that to return my item saying it is difficult to get hold of me when the courier guy has never been at my place is totally wrong, Why must i provide the street address then. There is always someone at my residence to collect the parcel as i always buy goods online. The guy is very rude and requests that he be educated on customer relations. I tried to log a complaint on the website but could not. Thanks
