rude call centre and no delivery

my parcel was dispatched on tuesday july 7th. I depot is 15 min from where i live. Everday the parcel was put on for delivery and taken off the vehicle at the end of the day. On friday the the 10th of jul i called Lynette at 1.30 pm she assureed me that the driver would be there in the next hour. 2 hours later i called back only to have lynette tellme she is checking and then hang up on me. I called again and a sales lady answered and rudely told me that lynette was busy. This is a parcel with medication which is something i need to take.<br> <br> Today its monday the 13th July and fastway can still not tell me when i will have my parcel.<br> In my opioin lynette and the diver need to be disciplined and fastway pretoria should shut their branch as they are completely useless.
