RUDE BEHAVIOUR AND THREATS FROM DELIVERY STAFF

The driver stopped at my gate to deliver a parcel and hooted while I was standing at the gate.

When I asked him not to hoot as I could see him, the assistant told me they have to hoot, and I can't tell him not to hoot.

When I told him that I was going to report his bad behaviour, he said to me that if I report him, he will just say that I'm a ****** and made ****** remark. Then I will be in trouble.

When they left, he hooted again and laughed at me while driving off.

I need a formal apology from your company for the rude behaviour and threats from your driver and his assistant!
