Rude and obnoxious

They came to my office to deliver my parcel, they got the impression my company had moved .

Instead of calling me they just return the parcel to depot. When i queried with Clayton why I wasnt called his response was"Are we meant to call everyone we deliver to"

Surely this is standard practice if you cant find me ?

Disgusting service ... lets see if they can redeem themselves and get my parcel to me today.
