Rude and abrupt customer service agent Hope Sehume

I called Fastway, as I was instructed to do as my parcels always lay in the East Bay for more than a week. I was assisted (not assisted) by a very Rude and abrupt customer service agent Hope Sehume, who abruptly asked me to log an online query as she believes I am very rude. I asked her numerous times if she is telling that she is not willing to assist me, and she confirmed that she will not be assisting me I need to follow the online route. Agents like this shed a very bad light on companies, I urge you to draw my call and listen to it and advise your agents never to react like that. Cos that is a perfect example of what an agent in a call centre like this MUST NEVER DO. Shame on you Fastway, equip your people because you will loose business.
