I’m in Pretoria They were sending my parcel to Pietermaritzburg If I didn’t call in the lady wouldn’t have picked up mistake She actually was so rude when I asked if address clearly says Pretoria how can they send all the way to Pietermaritzburg She says everyone makes mistakes and she cut the call Absolutely disgusting behaviour
