Rude agent

The lady in problem solving department by the name of Robin or Roxanne has a condescending tone, I didn’t appreciate the way she spoke to. Instead of apologising after informing her about she kept retaliating forgetting that she’s in customer service decision. Unnecessary and rude to the core, do better next time
