Review of Fastway Couriers – Extremely Disappointing Service

An attempted delivery took place on 17 July 2025 while I wasn’t home. I later saw the delivery attempt on my doorbell camera, but the parcel was never returned to the depot. Instead, it was marked as “delivered” and signed for using my name at 16:29:16, which is entirely false.

Since then, I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch with Fastway. Their phone lines direct you to a WhatsApp support line, which is only available Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00. I’ve logged a complaint every working day since 17 July, and each time I receive an automated message stating that the next available agent will be in touch — but no one has ever responded.

This level of service is unacceptable. My parcel was not delivered to me, yet *****ulently marked as received, and Fastway has offered no assistance, accountability, or resolution.

Do not use this courier service — based on my experience, they lose or ***** undelivered parcels and ignore customer complaints. Absolutely *************.
