Return package to sender without confirm with customer

This courier service is just as bad as our south african goverment we order a air fryer from temu paid custom clearance and afther 1 failed delivery because driver arrive afther closing hours fast way just decide to send package back to sender with out asking client if they must do that !!!!! please dont become a vitcim of **** aswell that is why we warn!!!!!!!
