Reporting BAD service to the CEO!!!!!

My name is Simone Phillips and I am the author of 11 years of nappies. I have been using your companies services to distribute my book.

The service I have received from Martin Joubert from the get go is beyond bad and completely unprofessional.

Either my satchels are not delivered on time or the courier does not collect my books on the arranged day. Martin has NEVER apologised to me for any inconvenience. He rather ignores my emails and makes a complete fool of me.

I am still waiting for his email on my refund request. If the person I deal with cannot change I need my refund issued.

I sent an email on the 20th August and still awaiting Bronwyn or management to respond.

The service is PATHETIC.
