Repeated False Delivery Notifications and No Communication

I’m extremely disappointed with Fastway Couriers. On Tuesday, I received a notification that my parcel was “out for delivery,” so I put everything on hold waiting for it... but nothing arrived.

Then yesterday, the same thing happened. Again today, I received yet another “out for delivery” notification, and still no delivery, no update, and no communication whatsoever.

This is three days in a row of being misled by false notifications and ignored emails. Not a single response or courtesy message to explain the delays.

This kind of service is completely unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t have to put their lives on hold every day for parcels that never arrive. It’s not the first time this has happened with Fastway, and sadly, it seems to be a pattern.

Absolutely unreliable and disappointing experience every single time!!
