REMOVE FASTWAY'S LICENCE TO OPERATE

It is now 26 Days I paid Duty and VAT to Fastway,last week i paid again to ensure I receive my Temu parcel. Ten days ago, I was advised my parcel was in the vehicle and on delivery the same day I was notified driver could not locate my address and Parcel returned to depot. My phone number should be on the parcel surely if driver unable to locate address he or she should phone the customer. There is numerous complaints about Fastway they should have their licence to operate cancelled immediately
