Regular Hijacking of Delivery Vehicle!! Hoax or Legit??

Ive been using fastways for the pass year, when i started i was using atleast 60 Blue National Courier Bags per week, then apparently one of the vehicles were hijacked and my bags were lost in transit which i was not even notified of in any way until i called in to track my parcel, a week later the vehicle was hijacked again!!! Was it really hijacked or was it planned?? And yet again today ive been notified the delivery vehicle was hijacked again, and its so easy for fastways to say refund the client!!!! As its not their loss in anyway!!!
