reckless, iresponsible, pathetic fastway

Having ordered a parcel from a online retailer, the parcel was shipped using fastway, and I received a notification that the parcel, addressed to my wife in Centurion, Pretoria. the parcel was then, without care, consideration or thought, dropped off, allegedly at a guard to our estate (even though the guards do not accept mail or parcels.)

Fastway's customer service, was absolutely pathetic, with no resolution offered. my Wife, today on the 1st (her first off day) spent 2 hours with security trying to locate the parcel, but could not be found. as a result because of this pathetic and careless behavior by this amateur service, we are now down R1500 in goods.

I would like to urge everyone to steer clear of this company!

Their signature response will be to provide the tracking number and contact number, done 3 times on different platforms, all without solution or resolution!
