Reciever pay Fatway

I booked, and paid for, a collection of Olympiad papers form a school on 1 August in central Durban. . I told them on the special instructions that it is a muslim school an that they must please collect before 12 on Friday. It is 19 /8 and they still have not collected the parcel. I send an urgent email on 12 August and again on 13 August! This school can be disqualified from the Olympiad because Fastway are not doing what they got paid for! Fastway take money for collections and then never collect he parcel. This is *****ing.
