Received Pay's collections do not get honoured.

From being the best courier when we started with you 7 years ago you have gone to the worst and we have now had no choice to sign up with Dawn Wing instead. Collections do not get honoured. VR*** booked 26/08 still not collected even after Lindsay Adams (PTA) confirmed on email that collection will be done 31/08. We struggle with almost all of our collections and your CPT representative Hillcrecia Brown doesn't bother to answer emails or if she does it takes days. Your drivers in Strand cannot handle the amount of parcels and therefor doesn't scan parcels when they collect but only at the depot in the afternoon causing our clients to phone the depot just to be told they haven't collect from us while they have, there just isn't a scan yet. They collect 50 odd parcels a day from us and we have an arrangement with them to collect daily 11:00-12:00 so that we can have everything ready. Today they pitched up at 09:00. Last week Friday at 15:30. No routine at all.
