Really Poor and inefficient Service!

Fastway have had my parcel for almost a week and are extremely inefficient in communicating with you. They tell you one thing and then do something else... the Operations manager gave me so many excuses and promised that my parcel would be delivered by a specific time, but this did not happen.

They are used by a third party of Makro’s Marketplace... Makro also have no clue of what goes on in this space. It’s always somebody else’s fault!
