Really bad service

Order a package from Temu and the delivery date was between the 6th and 17th of April 2024. Their website shows that arrived early in the month and that it was at the JHB depot on the 17th only. Today is the third of May and I'm still waiting for my package. Their website gives the only the details upto the 17th and I cant get hold of them via any form of communication! WhatsApp is a bot and states that an agent will be in contact with me shortly but it just doesnt happen. My only option now it to contact temu and cancel the order as I have not received the package and I cant get hold of this useless bunch. Seems like they took over where the Post Office left off!
