****py Service from Fastway

Fast way has been in possession of my parcel for the past 3 days. Absolutely no form of communication from them whatsoever. Not even an SMS confirming they have the parcel or when I can expect delivery. I called the call center twice, yesterday I was informed it will be delivered before 17:30, 17:30 came and went. This morning I called again and was told my parcel will be delivered before 12:00 today the 30th of April. Im still sitting and waiting for a parcel. STILL no communication from them at all. I also want to point out just how rude and uninterested the call center agents were on both occasions. Please help me understand if you doing me a favor or if the delivery is or free as if it the case I can completely understand the lack of service. Please...deliver my parcel man...you are not going to gain aaaaanything from keeping it and the longer you take the more im going to post.
