Promises Promises

My car broke down and I urgently needed a part to be able fix it and move it from where it got stranded. Fastway sounded like someone that can do somethinf fast. They gave me three scenarios...at the worst I would receive it on Friday afternoon so that I can fix the car on Saturday. No delivery and no word from them. I called Friday afternoon only to be informed that I must wait untill Monday. When I complained the lady very rudely informed me that she did not pick up the parcel herself so it is not her fault.
