Probably the Most *********** courier service in South Africa

I cannot understand how companies in today's alleged "difficult times" can be SO absolutely Pathetic in their service delivery!!??? Fastway damaged a parcel of mine, that's Still not delivered after a WEEK of phoning(a number that does not work at times or just rings until it cuts off), emailing (with not ONE reply in communication)... They've apparently communicated with the company I ordered my CNC parts from to say that they've damaged a parcel and wanted to check if everything that was ordered, was still in the parcel... But they cannot even phone ME to reply to my email or communicate what has happened...

My business is standing still because of an Totally *********** company (Fastway Couriers) that doesn't even have the BASIC Courtesy to call a client when there's a problem with the delivery... Or even just answer their phones or maybe just reply to an email that the customer sent...

I won't hold my breath to get any response from this Pathetic company! They either have *********** staff, *********** management or both! No wonder they have a 2 Star rating on Google & a 1.5 Star rating on Trustpilot...

Why don't you just close your doors or sell your business to someone that knows how to run a business...
