Prioritize Better!

My most recent delivery from Cape Town to Johannesburg took a week. Part of the problem seems to be that the couriers (franchisees) seemingly take more parcels than they can deliver and end up taking them back for a night or two. This is not the first time I have experienced this and for the fees charged, is not in line with the expected delivery duration. Prioritizing the parcels better will make for more loyal and happier customers
