Price and output do not match

I pay the same price for Fastway as I do for other couriers, but because I live in an outlying area, they only deliver once a week (ie on a Wednesday). Surely the price should not be as high, then (ie R399)? The item was dispatched on 2021-05-05 at 16H06 and has been sitting in Kuruman (100km from where I live) since 2021-05-06 at 16H11. I will only be receiving it on 12 May, however, as they do not deliver to my town any day other than Wednesdays.
