POOREST SERVICE

I ordered already with Shein end of October 2022 my estimated time was 17 November 2022 I contacted Buffalo was informed Fastway is the 3 party which has been appointed to deliver my parcel already on the 1st received an email from fastway saying they will deliver today is the 5th I contacted Mr Mapane who confirmed that Vincent is in possession of my parcel. I contacted Vincent already friday, quite rude he said he will deliver by monday today is monday I contacted Vincent still confirmed he will deliver by today.... few hours later I tried to contact Vincent guess what he has not answered my calls, you dont understand the inconvenience you causing by your poor communication, I am using my time and airtime but nooo Fastway Couriers has the poorest service.
