POOR , SLOW AND UNPROFESSIONAL , POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS SLOWWAY

I have been using Fastway since 2016, I have never had problems with them but since this year 2021 fast way has become a slow way and your Capetown branch is the most pathetic and slowest people I have ever had to deal with, I have been waiting since last month for proof of delivery to take a lot up unit today I haven't gotten my POD is this you help your clients and why is it that your capetown branch never answers their phone and if the answer then after few minites they cut the call and this had happend multiples times on a working day and your Kempton Park branch driver are so arrogant and rude and the driver will tell me he is on his way but never comes to collect the parcel and when we phone him he tells me he forgot, so now my customers get disapointed because of this until I had to make an arrangment to get a better driver and since then we didnot have a problem up until last month, very poor serices from Fast (SLOW) way and on top of everything you lost my parcel and the parcel you lost is not even the one that is lost the tracking number is also wrong and no one has been of any help from fastway since last month , i have alredy gotten a new courier company if any one interested please visit iafrica they are same price as fast way .
