Poor services

Hi,

Could management please advise and sort out the issue with your driver, in order to deliver the parcel TODAY?

Apparently, he called me and I dropped calls/didn't take calls - I DID NOT receive any calls from a mobile number this morning from him nor did he press the unit number on the complex's intercom.

I chatted to one of your consultants via Whatsapp and not being helped at all to get in touch with the driver. Nor with the 2nd constant I spoke to on the phone a few minutes ago.

What guarantee is there that the driver will call on the 2nd 'attempt' to deliver the parcel? Or buzz the intercom?

I need these documents today for the car!

Can anyone please help sort this out ASAP?
