poor services

So much for the name fast way Couriers, they have been having my parcel since the 1st of November today it's the 10th, for the past few days when I call to follow up I get stories, everyday I am told that the driver will deliver on the day but he does not pitch, I am flabbergasted by their services, if it were up to me, I was not gonna use them. you have to spend money to airtime as you have to hold for long, now I just followed up, got the same story that I will get my parcel to top it all the driver lies and say he called me yesterday and I did not answer. Poor services, rude drivers my tracking number is VA***.
