Poor Service - Parcel nt been delivered

My parcel ref z*** , states has not changed since the 24/12 " Intransit between JNB and PE" I have tried everycall center number , everycall is just disconected after you chose the option they provided I have sent emails with no reply . There WhatApp number provides no other updates as their tracking system .
