Poor service - Overnight delivery turns into 3 days

Overnight delivery paid... Takes them 3 days to delivery to a central area (Randburg delivering in Midrand....) redirected it to a different region. Thank you for nothing and ruining what was suppose to be a gift for my husband... I will never recommend your services to anyone. Don't even bother to contact me because its too late! Not to mention the fact that your staff promise on the phone that it will be delivered and nothing happens. I had to constantly call to follow up. Perhaps focus on the new year to rather employ staff that know how to do their job instead of blaming staff internally for the non delivery. It is very unprofessional.
