Poor service or is my parcel lost?

I had ordered clothing items at Johannesburg on the 18th December. They are using fastway couriers company and I'm in Eastern Cape. The parcel was picked up on the 27th Dec from that Company, it was updated on the website as intransit from Joburg to East London. After that till there's still no update on the website and I haven't received my parcel yet
