Poor service from fastway Pretoria brunch

I wouldn't advise anyone to use this courier company because they take forever to answer your call and as soon as you get hold of anyone you will be explaining your story they will tell u to hold till your line got cut and when u call again to request to speak to the person you spoke to your will never find him or her... This happened to me today.. On the 03/07/2020 I got the sms to say my parcel Wil be delivered within 3 working day and today its the 16/07/2020 I'm. Still waiting and no communication what so ever what is happening with my parcel and I need it urgently... I spoke to Shanei at rhe Pretoria brunch she hanged up on me she told she will check what is wrong with the parcel I mean like really then she hanged up though she told me to hold on
