Poor service from Fastway Couriers

Worst courier company ever. First day of delivery I waited till 11h00 and then phoned the depot and ask for the driver's number so that I can arrange with him not to deliver between 14H00 and 15H00, because something came up and I had to leave home for that hour. The driver said it would not be a problem he will deliver before 13H15. He never showed and then called me at14h15 and told me he was in front of my gate. He then wanted to give my parcel to the garden worker, I ask him please not to do it, and he became angry. Never seen or heard from him again for the rest of the day. For the next 3 days I again received the email in the morning informing me they will do the delivery through the day, I waited every day, and they just never showed or communicate with me other than the system email I receive every morning. I locked an online query, got answered in short that the delivery will be done the same day, but never happened. Still waiting for my parcel, Very poor service.
