Poor Service FastAways

Waiting almost a month for my parcel. They excuse they don't get hold of me.....Daily there is people at home. Update my phone nr... few days later the guy phone he is few minutes away... went outside and wait.... he phone again asking where am I..... he was at a adress in midrand... some how they change my adress. No my parcel is lying for a week at Pretoria....... send e-mails, phone them and still waiting for the parcel... The company must need to check there Vision and Mission. Maybe change there company name to Slowaways or sSnail aways..... sad part there office is not even 10km away from my adress...
