Poor service

Have been kept indoors the whole day waiting for my parcels, I called the office several times to no response, when I finally got through was given a wrong number for the driver , called again was told to hold, I did after that phone was dropped on my ears, haven't received my parcel and I can't avail my self to the house arrest from Fastway, no one will sign for the delivery if am not available, how unprofessional of their consultants to give incorrect numbers and even slam a phone on my ears, bearing in mind that am using my airtime because nobody phones to tell you anything.
