Poor service ever

Worst service ever, I waited for my parcel from the 29th November until today the 6th December, their driver Kabelo is forever on the way. I called him yesterday he was in vosloo today 12pm he was leaving leondale to come drop off my parcel even now he is still coming and the courier company doesn't even know his surname and keep on telling me that his phone is not going through. Needed my parcel for tomorrow the 7th but it seems like it's not even coming. I don't think I will ever buy from a supplier that uses fastway courier service never in my life.
